Everything you ever wanted to know about Stav but were afraid to ask

Hi This will need to be fairly quick since it is getting late and I
have a very early start tomorrow morning. It has been an amazing
six days for teaching Stav. Thanks to everyone who supported the
morning Stav sessions at Druid camp, must have been the best
training I have had the privilege to lead in the 11 Stav Camps I
have taught at. The evening sessions in Crewkerne have been good
too, Monday night the focus was on developing the Karl principle
and the mind set whcih goes with it. This evening I carried on the
theme with the advanced class and we practiced the Karl principle
with Staff, axe, advanced staff drills and finished up with knife
defence, good effort made and very pleasing progress.
