When one door closes...

after all. Maybe in the spring instead. I am disappointed on one
level but on the other hand I find the jet lag gets harder to cope
with as I get older so I won't miss the tiredness and
disorientation that goes with being between time zones.
Also it has opened up another rather exiting possibility and more
on that in my next posting. (I would be writing more often but we
are working away from home a lot, at the moment we are completely
re-modelling a kitchen in Bristol.) And talking of getting older,
it is now very nearly 20 years since I met Ivar and started
training in Stav. If you didn't download a copy when I made it
available free a few weeks ago you can buy a copy of my account of
20 years of Stav at http://www.iceandfire.org.uk/elit.html. And we
have a very special course on the 10th of November in Somerset
where I will be showcasing what I have learned in 20 years and
teaching how you can incorporate the essential practices and
training methods into your life. You can book up for this event at
http://www.iceandfire.org.uk/forthcoming.html. More soon.
